Part-time Accounts Administrator (REF: ADM23-001)
Part-time Accounts Administrator to support the President and Principal Associates in managing our company’s administration and accounting.
Accounts Administrator responsibilities include reviewing and reconciling accounts, processing bills from and payments to external partners and maintaining updated billing and accounts to our clients. To be successful in this role, you should have an Accounting or Bookkeeping background and be familiar with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office 365.
Responsibilities
· Set up Projects for internal controls.
· Consolidate and collate monthly timesheets to support invoicing
· Prepare, send and store invoices
· Manage AP obligations to suppliers and third-party vendors
· Manage AR from Clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments
· Process bank deposits
· Monthly close and report on financial statements, AP & AR status
· Identify and address discrepancies with management
· Administrative support in areas such marketing, business development and travel as may be required.
Requirements and skills
· Proven work experience as an Accounts Administrator or similar role
· Hands-on experience with QB accounting software
· Advanced knowledge of Excel using data tables and creating reporting spreadsheets
· Data entry skills with an ability to review data and identify errors or discrepancies
· Good organizational and time-management abilities
· Diploma or past experience in Bookkeeping, Accounting or relevant administrative field
Work-hours and location
· Flexible hours as remote work, with specific fixed commitment at month-end and FY-end
· Diploma or past experience in Bookkeeping, Accounting or relevant administrative field
Renumeration /Commitment
· Competitive hourly rate approximately 20-30hrs/month
